Ax1Le was named the Most Valuable Player of IEM Summer 2021 after he helped Gambit to a first place finish in the event, in which they took home a convincing victory in a three-map affair over OG in the grand final.

The Russian rifler topped the leaderboard in two key categories - clutches won (11) and total opening kills (58) - while placing among the top five in nine others, including KDD (+95), Damage Difference per Round (+19.6), Kills per Round (0.84), and Success in Opening Duels (68.2%).
